Why I can't open more than 4 IE browsers on my PC?

I have Windows XP. I updated my IE to the newest browser available. I
believe that would be IE 7. My PC won't allow me to open more than 4
IE browsers.

But on my friend's PC, with IE 7 running Windows XP, he doesn't have
this problem.

Anyone knows how to disable this option, so that I can open more than 4
IE browsers on my PC?
