Why get error message using jeyo "cannot convert variant of type"

I get [SafeCall Exception]: could not covert variant of type (OleStr) into
type (Double). The site says remove messages that contain unicode or garbage
characters, what are those?
 
You might want to contact Jeyo support about this instead.
If you are syncing something between that application and Outlook, see if
they keep a log or support logging to determine on which item things go
wrong.
