I don't see any 64bit versions listed at any store.Does Vista come
with both 32 and 64 bit on one DVD?

How many "Joe users" will go into Best Buy and ask for the 64 bit version?
Maybe 2 or 3. Most people don't even know there is a TEMP directory and
that that they can redirect the location of their Word Documents, let alone
figure out if they need 32 or 64 bit OS.

Ultimate comes with both versions (2 DVDs) in the box while lower versions
come with instructions on where to request the 64-bit media.

Your key will work for either version.

Which has what to do with the subject?
These Vista groups are looking more and more like AOL discussions every day.

Vista Ultimate contains both dvd's. All other editions contain instructions
for getting the x64 dvd by mail.

Paul,

I downloaded a document from the Vista web site this past Monday that stated
that because of new technology, the 32 and 64 bit version would be include on
every disk. When I bought the Vista Busines upgrade yesterday that was what
I expected. i now know that statement was in fact a lie. I did not expect
to pay an additional charge to get the 64 bit version. I chose the Business
edition becaus it had the features I wanted for this computer. What MS did
was "bate and switch"

I have been waiting to mate my 64 bit computer with a 64 bit OS for months.

At any rate, MS got me. I expect to receive my 64 bit disk by Friday (paid
EXTRA for 2 day shipping), will post back over the weekend.
