Why I view it locally, everything is lined up correctly.. when I upload it to
the server and view it using my URL, it looks correct on my computer
only..... Some elements are not line correctly when viewing on other
computers.

Can you post a URL? Without seeing it and looking at the code it's hard to
say.

As a guess though, it's not really a publish error, but proabbly a design
error. Something youhave to think of beforehand when laying out a page is
what other users are running, such as monitor size and browser type. Each
browser has it's own quirks that can mess up the page alignment depending
upon what design choices were made. Also, if you didn't place your content
into a fixed-width table (a table that is set to be a certain number of
pixels wide) then the content will stretch depending upon the size of the
user's monitor. Post a URL and we'll see what advice we can offer to get
the appearance more even for your users.

Hope this helps,

Also, to specify the areas that are not in line...
A) In my header "Guaranteed Aquisitions,
1-the "G" has been moved to the left
2- the "NS" has been moved outside the vertical line
3- the oil drop replacing the letter "O" in Acquisitions is missline (maybe
it is in line but the other characters are out of alignment)

B) If you notice each page has the it's page named with a red line next to
it.. that red lines are shifting into the chracters....

Anyway, hope you can help.. thanks again
