hi

I use Eudora, Norton Anti Virus 2004 and Zone Alaram. Every zip file I
get is being converted to zm9. These files are clean for sure. How do
I fix this problem?

You can disable email attachment quarentine, or completely disable email
scanning. Should be in one of the configuration tabs. Personally, I wouldn't
disable anything. It is better to let ZA rename them to zl9 and then save
them to .zip afterwards

Open up the ZA control panel and look through the mail-safe section. There you
can eliminate any one or more of the 30+ ext from being monitored by ZA.
If you try to open them, ZA will warn you twice before it will let you open
them.

Open the ZA Control Panel and click on the E-mail Protection tab and then on the
Attachment tab and you will have full control on what ZA does in that mode.
