Why does this page crash my browser?

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone has any ideas why the following website crashes my
browser all the time when I go to the following page :-

http://81.201.141.217/user/login

Is there anything with the CSS styling or HTML that could be doing it? The
CSS is valid, with a few warnings, and the HTML is not far off too.

When I opened it the first time, none of the hyperlinks or the form worked.
I closed and re-opened it and it worked fine. Maybe it's a screwy page, but
sorry, I have no answer..
 
Thanks for the replies here people, maybe just something strange about the
way my computer is set up.
