A few days ago, my computer kept restarting on its own. At one restart, a
message pop up appeared with the words: "The system has recovered from a
serious error."
At another moment I also saw the Blue screen of death.
Now, when I turn on my computer, this is what appears on the monitor:

I already tried to use the "recovery" CD that came with my computer when I
first bought it. I already tried to format the hard drive and reinstall
windows xp, but the screen still appears the same. Is this a RAM problem?
Could it be that my computer's RAm is faulty and/or needs to be replaced?
