why does the link bar name appear on the web page

can anyone help me?

i have recently started to have a problem where the link bar name appears
above my web page, eg http://www.amazingpeople.co.uk/what's_new.htm it says
"what's new" . this looks bad, but i have taken off the included in link bar
option. if i leave that open i can have all sorts of links down the left hand
side which is a right mess.

So can someone help?
