No way to know with no information. Examine your operating system and
Outlook profile for the things that might be consuming your system
resources. Make a careful accounting of the changes you made to your OS or
Outlook setup that preceded the problem. Examine Event viewer or use Task
Manager to gather information. See if any other Outlook or OS operations
have become slow. If not, then look for add-ins that would affect contact
management or your Outlook address book service.
