Why does Outlook keep changing my incoming mail server to 'local .

Outlook keeps changing my incoming mail server to 'local host'. I keep
changing it back, but every time I restart, Outlook has changed it again.
Why? And how do I top it? It never used to do this.

Don't know.

This is a Microsoft ACCESS newsgroup. If you will look at the thousands of
previous posts to this group, you will notice they all pertain to creating
Microsoft Access databases, not sending email in Outlook.
