why does my inbox show up in every business contact history?

When I open up a bus. contact in BCM, every message in my inbox shows up in
the history box on the contact. this occurs on every contact in BCM. Is it
supposed to and if not- how do I get it to stop?
 
Check if Business Tools is avalaible.Also serach for the file outlook.box
and rename the same to outlook.old

Apart from the other replies to this: There is an official Microsoft
description how to solve exactly this problem. I cannot remember where, but
probably under FAQs or troubleshooting under the BCM pages at
www.microsoft.com.
I had the problem once and found the solution. It worked.
(something with clearingthe cache...)

Is the Business Tools Menu present? If not, go to Help > About Microsoft
Office Outlook and click Disabled items. See if BCM is listed there
