Whenever I drag the clip to the storyboard, the video I've imported turns
upside-down! This has happened every time I have attempted to work on it.
Has anyone else had this problem? HELP!

Thanks, John. I did that, but Movie Maker keeps freezing when I open my
project. It's been doing that since I started. Now it's freezing as soon as
I open it, not after I've been working for twenty minutes or so. I've
managed to save the combined clips, but that's about it. I want to split a
long clip in several places, but I can't do it when the program keeps
freezing.

Hi, John -

I continued to have problems with freezing, etc., but then I disabled a
newly installed Canon Codec and the problems stopped! Since then I haven't
had any problems with freezing, crashing, etc. Thank you so much! I'm about
3/4 done with my first video!

Here's another problem...how do I convert a music file from mp4 to something
supported? I want to lay an audio track, and renaming it doesn't work.

Again, thanks, John. My latest problem (I've almost finished the video) is
saving it to my computer. I have a feeling it's the source files, which I
re-copied from my DVD, but I converted them into another kind of file, but
the NIVIDIA can't display them because I lowered the Hardware Acceleration,
and now I can't find where THAT is. Gack!

John, you are amazing.

I have finished my video, put in titles, and now I am ready to save it to my
computer. I changed the source files to what they were called when I
imported them--should I have left them alone? I recopied the whole thing
from the DVD so that all of the source files would be there, but it refuses
to copy to my computer. It's 64 GB and I've got 1.24 MG or MB or whatever,
or maybe I've got it the wrong way around. It's only four minutes long! It
won't give me an idea of why it is doing this. I tried making it smaller,
but that didn't work at all.

I might double-post this, because I didn't see it appear when I posted it a
moment ago.

I've accelerated the Hardware, then de-accelerated it, recopied the source
files and changed them to AVI, even tried making the overall file smaller
(it's only a 4 minute video!) but I still cannot save the movie to my
computer! Control + L does nothing, it keeps saying the program cannot do
it, but will not specify why. ACK!
