You have 4 "cd" drives? or 4 'hd" drives?

If you put a "cd" in the one and only one cd drive, your computer will not
boot?
Is this a bootable cd or data/music cd?

You said there are 2 on the PCI card. Only affects one?

What is boot orderin computer BIOS?

post boot.ini file. Start>Run>C:\boot.ini
copy paste here.
assuming you boot from windows via "C" drive
