Why does loading a form cause a change.

This is VS 2008 acting like VS 2002. I open a form and it is marked as
changed.

Why would that happen?

Is this in your IDE or you mean as it is used.

In the IDE I have this sometimes as I don't save something and the RESX
becomes corupted and VS tries to repair that every time.

No I took a copy before loading the form and after and did a compare. It is
changing tabpage sizes. Same project , same action in VS 2005 no problem.

I also have a complaint about VB 2005 express IDE. Though you resize
properties window and reduce solution explorer's height to make
properties / command / desciption window more visible, it backs to
smaller after next launch of my project.

I mean, resizing properties and description / command window does NOT
remain permanent. It gets lost after next project launch (same
project).

This shot is the one, whose size and alignment i want to have in every
lanuch of my project:

But after i re-open the project, properties window height size is
decreased automatically:

Hope a kind of solution exists.(saving properties window position
