Why does it pick up Flash get as adware

Why is Flash get given a high risk adware rating. This is a
false positive from the Giant edition. Flash get does not
contain adware, cause popups or redirections and isn't
flagged up by spysweeper, spybot, adawareSE pro?

The trial version certainly contained adware at one time.

The paid for version may not but it is probably hard to
