Why does GroupOn weekly grouping use Monday as start of week?

My access report uses Monday as the start of the week
when I group by week in the GROUPON property.

Please post the SQL of the query and some more details. Reports do not
have a GROUPON property; just what are you setting and how?
 
If you go to the View/Sorting and Grouping, select a
field, the GROUPON property is the THIRD Group Property
that is located in the bottom half.
