Why does business contact manager help not appear after installat.

I run Windows XP SP2 with Office Pro 2003. I have recently installed Business
Contact Manager but none of the menus including the help menus have appeared
in my Outlook 2003 interface.

Have tried re-installation of both Office Pro and Business Contact Manager
but with no resolve.
 
Did you check "use cached exchange-mode" for your mail account in Tools>email
accounts>existing email view or change ?
 
Hey Gab, thanx for the quick response. I changed my Outlook to cached mode as
well as applied a registry change. All the details are here:

Works splendid - now BCM fully installed and working in an Exchange Server
environment without having multiple email profiles.
