I just created a webpage. It looks good and all and I wanted to see if it was
going to look good on Internet Explorer. It was looking good on Internet
Explorer but when i make the window smaller, all the text and pictures just
move to the left and it looks messed up. Heres what I mean:

: Maximized Window :

(Link) Hello, wassup and welcome, this is my site.
(Link)
: Smaller Window :

(Link) Hello, wassup and welcome,
this is my site.
(Link)

It looks something like that. The (Link) is like a home link, etc. It looks
normal on a maximized window but when I make the window smaller, the text
kind of slides over. This also happens with pictures. I wanted to see if this
problem would work on other websites but it doesn't. I must have done
something wrong but I don't know what. Can somebody help me out please???? :(

That's because you have your table and cell widths set as a percentage instead of a fixed width.
