Why do i receive invites as emails?

We have 3 users on our XP set up. When receiving invites from the internet, 2
receive emails whilst the other gets an invite. I can't see any difference
in the set up.

Can anyone help please?
 
As an update to this - I can now receive invites to an email address that is
set up as "(e-mail address removed)" but not to one which is set up as "(e-mail address removed)"
Any ideas?
