Why do i get multiple news feeds folders

I have been getting news feed folders in my outlook I delete them from
outlook as well I go online and delete them from there howevevr they keep
returning now I have 20 of these folders and they are all empty and always
have been empty

Tools-Account Settings-News Feed tab. Remove the accounts from there.
