When a meeting is scheduled for a number of people and an invitation has been
sent, the invite in my calendar appears twice. One with solid line around it
meaning I am busy for that time and another one showing Tentative. When I
click on Tentative entry, it shows that there may be a conflict with another
appointment. However I click on "Accept" and send a response but I still have
two entries for the same appointment in my calendar. Has anyone seen this
before? Am I doing something wrong? This was not an issue when I was using
Outlook 2000 only a few weeks ago until I upgraded to Office 2003.
