Why do calendar appointments change to 2 days?

When I create an appointment in outlook they generally jump from one to two
days with out me touching them? This has been going on for months, but it
has not always been the case. It used to work and as far as I can tell
nothing has changed on my end. No one else in office has same problem. Any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Check your time zone and daylight saving time settings in both Windows and
Outlook and make sure they match.
