Why did outlook start sending me a copy of every email I send?

Suddenly MS Outlook has started sending a copy of every email I send back to
me. I don't know of anything I have done to cause this to start happening.

What type of email account? Did you set up a rule too CC yourself? Are you
using multiple accounts in outlook and hitting reply to all?

The same thing started happening to me about a week ago. It only
happens when I forward messages, not when I send new ones or replies.
I did not change any settings.
