Why DELETE?

When Windows Mail reciept messages, then automaticaly delete this mess.on the
server. Why? My email is space capasity of 5Gb And no saved mess. Help me :
 
It's your choice. If you want to keep messages on the server:
Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Advanced.
