why crash?

My Toshiba laptop M30 has been fine for a year, now crashes 10 mins after
running Runescape (online game) or when merging cells in Access, but will
run all day if I don't do too much. Used to give blue error screen now just
crashes. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon 7000 IGP is this good enough? Have
had ati2dvag.dll error causing problems
Any help appreciated thanks
 
could be a lot of thinks, hard drive could be going, overheated cpu etc.. so
I hope you got the extended warranty.

reload chipset and video driver, they are one driver since the video
is integrated, go to Toshiba and get their driver to be safe. Laptops
can be very finicky. Good luck.

Has something changed thermally on the laptop ?

Does the fan run more than it used to ?

Would a vent be blocked on it ? Does the fan still run ?

It could be an overheating problem.

Has the laptop ever been opened up by someone for
maintenance ? Perhaps it wasn't reassembled properly.
