Why can't.....

.....other users on my PC access the internet? They are not guest users so
should be able to.

I can't find an answer anywhere. If I'm asking in the wrong place then I
apologise. Can someone PLEASE help me or point me to a place where this will
be answered?

even gest users should be able to use the internet. the
problem may be in your internet settings or with your ISP.
one of the computers in my house was the opposite problem
all users but the primary can get the internet but the
primary cant
