This newsgroup deals with Access, a Microsoft datbase application
development program. Try your question on the several Microsoft Outlook
Express newsgroups.
I just used them today, and got a good response to my OE question.
BUT... you'll need to provide more details than just "I can't use Outlook
Express messenger." Describe what happens when you try to use it... and how
it fails, or any error messages.
