Why can't I send or receive email since I changed ISPs?

I recently switched from AT&T dial-up to Verizon DSL. When I am online using
DSL I can't send or recieve emails with Outlook. Is there some option in
Outlook's configuration that I need to change since I'm using a different ISP
now?

Did you change the server settings in your account(s) to use the servers of
you current ISP?
