Why can't I see computers in my domain at times?

I have a Windows 2003 domain, with 2 Domain controllers. When I expand My
Network Places, Entire Network, Microsoft Windows Network I then see my
domain "Domain1" sometimes I can expand it and see all the computers on the
domain, other times it will not let me expand it. This never happens with
any of my Windows 2000 pro machines, so I am pretty convinced its an XP
thing. I know that my DNS is working correctly as well. Any reason why XP
pro won't let me see all the computers on my domain. Thanks in advance.

: Under "Services" in the System Config
Utilitythere
are ten total applications that are listed as stopped. I do not believe
these programs
should be disabled. Services such as,"Performance Logs, Volume Shadow,
computer Browser,Com+System Application are four of a total of ten that are
listed
as stopped. I tried to reverse the stopped status to running and was not
successful.
Is there anything I should do to rectify the situation or am I mistaken in
believing the status is wrong?
