why can't I receive photos by e-mail?

Someone is trying to send me photos from their Blackberry but their message
is returned and I receive nothing. Can any one tell me what the problem
might be?

You need to get them to tell you what the error message is and post that
here...
 
Their message is returned with a non-delivery error message. That is the key
to the problem. What is the error message?

If they get a "returned message" (whatever that is that no one but you
knows because you didn't describe it) then why would you expect to
receive anything at all. The problem is on their end. THEY will have
to fix THEIR problem in sending overly huge e-mails.
