Why can't I receive emails in outlook?

I just got a new pc at work and my emails use to work fine. Nowadays I didnt
receive 1 mail but I can sure send one. How come? Is the a firewall
protecting it or what? please help
 
It's kind of hard to diagnose your issue since I/we don't know how your
office is setup. Do you receive your mail from a server outside of your
office? Who configured your original copy of Outlook? Can you check with
them to see what they did or didn't do?
