I receive e-mails from MEDCO (OPERS) perscriptions, shipping status, order
receipt, order shipped, etc. Unfortunately the body of the message is blank.

Also when I receive e-mail premium notices from State Farm, the body of the
message is blank.

What is Outlook 2007 doing to my e-mails? I have added both senders and
their e-mail domains to my safe list.

Everything else that I am sent from people i have added to my e-mail safe
lists show up fine

Please help if you can,
John Baker

Is there a Virus/Spam e-mail scanner in this picture anywhere? If there is,
set it to NOT SCAN e-mail either outgoing or incoming. There is no need for
email scanning at all. The first time you try to do ANYTHING with an email
attachment, print it, copy it, save it, read it, or anything else, the
resident part of ALL virus scanners will scan it and NAIL it, if its
infected. The only thing email scanning is really good at doing is screwing
up email service. I might add that AVG is known to cause blank e-mail
bodies when used with Outlook
