When I try to click on a link from a webpage or within my email. A blank
unusable screen shows up. If I copy and paste link I am fine. How do I fix
this. Thanks :)
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Colleen :)

Hi

Try this:

Start>Run - then type in "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" - without the quotes. Please note the space between the 2 and u. Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and click on 'Reset Web Settings...'. Re-try the links in OE.

Tried what you suggested but it still won't work. Any other suggestions :)
Thanks

Hi Colleen,

In addition to Will's advice....

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 actxprxy.dll and then repeat the
process for regsvr32 shdocvw.dll.

Check your settings here:

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit.

Under Application used to perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome

The "Open in a New Window" Command May Not Work. Go to Start/Run and type
each of these in:

regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
