What *precisely* does the error message say, and what Email client are you
using?

iamquite new but if you use internet explorer to get on the net, open
internet explorer, L click (Tools), drop down menu L click (internet
options), L click the tab (security), L click (custom level), in the
window enable the top 8 options, L click (apply) & (OK). Then set
your firewalls all to medium, anti-virus, windows and if you have one
your ISP's.
