Yesterday something happened that caused my computer to change from the XP
welcome screen with fast user switching to the traditional login format.
When I have tried to change back in the control panel is doesn't allow the
switch. It says that I will have to uninstall a program that's caused the
change and refers to a file called rtlGina2.dll to help find the program.

Can anyone advise me on what's happened and what to do?

Thanks

Bruce

The simplest way is to use System Restore to return the
machine to its condition of yesterday morning. If you do
not wish to do this then click Start / Help and look for
help on Fast User Switching. There is a lot of help in there!
