Why can't I access online templates in word

please I can not access online templates going through word. It will go to
explorer when I click on it but it gives me a blank screen.
 
If you type www.google.com in the address bar, do you get to Google?
If not, then I suspect that your computer is not getting to the
internet for some reason.
