why can't anyone find the fix for Hmmm I can't reach this page ?

Its either I cant reach this page or site ,or error times out and to check your internet connection yet everything is in order , what is the fix uncomplicated fix for this problem
 
Switch your machine off. Then switch it back on.

That is sometimes an uncomplicated fix. :)

I have had this issue a couple of times. First time I resolved the issue by flushing DNS and the second by doing a hard reset on my router.
