What program are you using to view the animated GIF's?
Do they animate if preview in windows picture and fax viewer?
Do they animate if opened in your web browser?
Animated GIF's need to be in a HTML formatted document to animate and may
not animate when inserted in the document. GIF's also usually do not
animate in an HTML formatted email until the email has been sent. you can
test this by sending yourself an email containing an animated GIF.
