Why are you still using IE? The thing is broken and MS doesn't bother
to fix it.

What's broken? The text size. You can't change text size on many
pages out there. For example, IE uses a set font size on this page:
http://www.cyanwerks.com/file-format-raw.html . Not matter what size
you pick. For a lot of people, that includes you, the size is too
small and painful to look at. Mozilla ( http://www.mozilla.org/ )
would allow you to enlarge the font size and make the page more easy
to look at.

It's been like this for years now. This is just one of many things
that are broken in IE. MS doesn't bother to fix it.

The other browsers are worse,,,opera has many security leaks in it, Mozilla
is not as good, Want to use another browser , use MSN Explorer (the
butterfly, MSN).

What this means is that the site is broken, likely committing some stupidity
like setting fixed-size fonts.

Usually, web sites fix the fonts using style sheets
for good reason. You can override it though if you want,
from Accessibility in Internet Options. I don't recommend
doing this, but you can do it. If you do, make sure to
switch it back, because it will mess up many other pages out
there, though not that one.

As a more permanent fix, you should also consider
dropping your screen resolution a notch.
