I'm trying to help someone fix their calendar. They are on an exchange server
and have not created any additional calendars, but Outlook has two calendars
anyhow. One calendar is used by his other applications (e.g. PDA) and the
other is used by Outlook when he receives meeting requests. He only wants one
calendar for both. What is going on and how can it be fixed?
