Hello,
In outline view only, there are black wavy lines under part of a sentence or
at the end of a line. They dissappear in normal view. What are these and
How do I turn them off? Thanks.

Are you sure they are black rather than dark green? If they are dark Green,
they are highlighting possible grammatical errors. Those at the ends of
lines are possibly because you are using double-spacing after a stop
character.

Or if they're not exactly wavy, they could be indicating that there is
content not being displayed by the outline.
