We have problems with font styles and sizes changing when the PowerPoint
presentation is opened on a different computer. Both computers operate in
Windows XP. The fonts are True-type. Some of the material was cut-and-pasted
from other presentations.

Any hints as to how to keep things consistent?

THANKS!

AnnaM,
If the computer you use to show your presentation does not have the same
fonts as the computer you used to create your presentation, those fonts will
replaced with default fonts.

To solve this problem, you can embed the fonts you have used:

On the File menu, click Save As.
Click the Tools menu in the toolbar at the top of the Save As dialogue box.
On the pup up menu, click Embed TrueType Fonts. You will need to do this each
time you plan to use a presentation on a different machine. And please note
that embedding fonts will increase the size of your presentation.
