I am using Office 2007 and a number of people have sent me messages with
pictures or maps but these emails are not downloading into Outlook. Any
ideas?

Have you checked your Junk mail folder?

Are your senders receiving an NDR (Non Delivery Report) stating their email
did not go through to you? If so, what does it say?

Do you know what size the incoming emails are? Does your place of business
or your ISP cap you on the size of email you're allowed to receive?

Do you have antivirus configured to actively scan incoming and outgoing
email? It could be trapping them. Turn off your antivirus integration with
Outlook and see if the problem resolves. This won't compromise your security
since your real time scanner will catch anything it's been updated for.

Do you have web access? if so, are they on the web server?

Do you use anti-spam software that could be deleting them?
