Why am I getting a database engine connection problem error?

When I installed my Business Contact Manager, it works for the profile that I
was logged into when I installed it. However, when logged onto another
profile, I open Outlook 2003 and the setup for Business Contact Manager
begins. I click next, but I get this error "There was a problem connecting
with the database engine." I can't go any further, so I cancel the setup.
Everything works fine for the other profile.

I would be greatful for any help.

I am having the same issues. I tried setting up another user account and
adding the name to the BCMUsers group (as it said in the help for using BCM
