Why ActiveX is not verified?

Hi, all,

We haved signed our ActiveX from Verisign organization and ActiveX can
be downloaded and executed with no problems.
However, the publisher of our ActiveX in IE add-on manager is still
"not verified"
IE version is 6.0.2900.2180.

Any suggestions for this?
