Who's the Troll?

Hello;
I keep finding him on almost every NG I visit. His Name and Address seems
to be that of the question poster. And the answers he posts seem to be of no
help whatsoever to the poster. This has to be irritating to those who post
legitimate questions.

This is a reference to a popular '70's T.V Show called Differnt Strokes
in which one of the main characters had the catch phrae "Whatcha talkin'
about, Wllis" Willis was the characters older brother.

This poster is an impersonator/impostor.

- Block-quotes reply-posts - without .sig.
(replies seem relevant, though)

- Uses "Nick" and "e-mail" of the OP.
(Although slipped up in one thread where the reply was
apparently "original":

- used different "Nick", but "e-mail" of the OP.
- did not pay attention to wording in parent-post)

I noticed similar posts over at xp.customize, before I
was locked out five (and counting) days ago.

Even this NG (xp.newusers) is not always available.
It has taken me this long to be able to [Post Reply] in
this thread.

Do not know when I will even be able to access this NG.

Regarding the term "troll", definitions include...

1- one who posts derogatory or inflammatory comments to a
community forum

2- one who hangs around a chat room, without contributing
to the chat

Until the servers [Stop] not-working properly, and
[Start] net-working properly, I will be forced to remain
in Troll-Type-2 mode.
