Who's Favorites?

I keep getting new favorite folders that I did not
create. I will delete them, but the next time the system
is restarted the folders are back. Each web site is
from "Scourweb". This happened after I downloaded IE
latest updates and service packs. Is this a part of IE
service pack or can I stop this from happening?

It's not part of any IE update.
First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
