Whoops! Lost module System32

I foolishly attempted to reinstall my scanner software after it froze at the
end of a scan. In the process I appear to have deleted something and now get
the message;

Error loading E:\Windows\System32\MSA64CHK.dll
This specific module could not be found

I do have a laptop that also has 'XP Pro' on it. I could possibly pinch it
from if anyone can help point me in the right direction - as in idiot proof
instructions.

According to Microsoft's DLL Help database at
http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp? that's
not a Microsoft DLL. In fact, if you do a Google search on it, it appears to
be spyware.
