Whoops I deleted it?

I just deleted a whole batch of important stuff. How do I undelete it? I do not use the recycle bin. Can somebody PLEASE help!

You're a life saver. I'll head there right now and see if I can recover. Already did system restore - hope that doesn't screw things up. Even after system restore, my deleted files were still deleted.
 
I hope it works.. The most important rule if you accidentally delete
something is to do nothing at all (not even system restore) until you have
planned out your recovery. Disconnect your modem and don't touch any keys
until you have a plan.
