I believe the time has come to start this list. Some people with
high-speed connections should have copies of the CD soon. :)

Who would like to have a copy of the PL2005 CD mailed to them?

Besides me. . . . ;)

Please add your name to the list. Post the country you live in *first*
(to make it easy to sort by location), then your name (or nick) and your
